Returns & Refunds:


PerfumeTonight, LLC. makes every effort to ship product in first class condition, free of any defects or damages. Sometimes, however mistakes do happen and we want to resolve them for you as quickly as possible, in this rare instance, we have implemented the following return policy


  • Claims for damages/shortages must be made within 12 hours of receipt of product.
  • Claims may be made by contacting customer service team.
  • Photo copy of the damaged product must be submitted in order to process claim.
  • Customer service department will issue a return authorization number, along with call tag. the customer MUST indicate the RA# on the outside of the carton being returned.
  • Any shipments without an RA# on the outside of each box may be refused.
